ITALIANA COKE, PAOLO CERVETTI NOMINATO NUOVO AMMINISTRATORE DELEGATO

Augusto Ascheri, maggiore azionista del gruppo ICE, comunica che il consiglio di amministrazione di Italiana Coke, riunitosi il 31 ottobre, ha nominato amministratore delegato il dottor Paolo Cervetti, che aggiunge la carica a quella di Ad di Funivie S.p.A., altra società del gruppo. La nomina è stata definita dalla holding che fa capo alla famiglia Ascheri, in ottemperanza agli accordi raggiunti con il sistema bancario, per assicurare speditezza e organicità al concordato in continuità recentemente omologato che richiede un’attenzione particolare integrata nel “sistema carbone”, in un contesto che, pur essendo in via di risoluzione, rimane ancora complicato.

Paolo Cervetti, genovese, è laureato in Economia e ha conseguito un master presso l’INSEAD di Fontainebleu, Francia. Tra le sue esperienze lavorative Duferco, Accenture e Veolia. E’ inoltre stato AD dell’azienda di mobilità e trasporti genovese AMT.

Augusto Ascheri, majority shareholder of the ICE Group, announced that the Board of Directors of Italiana Coke, which met on 31 October, has appointed Paolo Cervetti as CEO. Cervetti is already serving as CEO of Funivie S.p.A., another company in the group. The appointment was made by the holding company, owned by the Ascheri family, in compliance with the agreements reached with the banking system to ensure speed and coherence to the recently approved continuity arrangement, which requires special attention integrated into the “coal system”, in a context which, although still being resolved, remains complicated. Paolo Cervetti, from Genoa, has an undergraduate degree in economics and a Master’s degree from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. He previously held positions at Duferco, Accenture and Veolia. He also served as CEO of Genoa-based mobility and transport company AMT.
